My practice is exclusively devoted to Family Law. I am recognized by the State Bar as a Certified Specialist. I am the only Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in Riverside. I am one of ten certified Family Law Specialists in California on the Family Law Advisory Commission. I have intimate knowledge of the Riverside, Hemet and San Bernardino courts and I have a reputation as having the highest integrity among the judges and bar alike.

The goal when possible is to bring resolution without resorting to litigation. By resolving short of litigation you save money, time and stress. If settlement is not possible, then I will work with you to present your case and fight for the best possible result.
My experience has shown that effective negotiation toward early settlement is usually the best and most cost-effective approach.

Familiarity with the Court
I essentially practice in three courts. As such I have knowledge of the judges who will be hearing your case and likely am familiar with the attorney representing your spouse.

I came to Rob with a mess. I had received poor advise and had stipulated to a domestic violence finding against me. Largely as a result I have professionally supervised visits with my daughter and my wife got sole legal custody. Rob took the approach of getting rehabilitating my reputation with the court and we continued to fight and I now have joint legal and I have my children over 50% of the time.
